Shipping Info:

Packages are usually sent out on Mondays-Wednesdays. If you have a desired shipping date, please contact us.

To keep adult beetles or larvae safe during shipping, we include a free heat pack or cold pack depending on the weather conditions in the receiving area. In case of extreme weather conditions however, we will contact you and work together to find an optimal shipping window.

Shipping options:

USPS Priority: While this is the more affordable shipping option for receiving your beetles and larvae, it does not come with a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG). While DOAs (Dead on Arrival) with USPS Priority shipping are rare, we highly recommend opting for UPS Overnight shipping or requesting a package pick up at your local USPS, especially if the temperature in your area falls below 45˚F or rises above 85˚F. It's important to note that in the event of a DOA, we cannot offer any refunds or replacements if you choose this shipping option.

UPS Overnight: This is the recommended shipping option for receiving your beetles and larvae as it provides LAG. If certain conditions are met and there are deaths or health issues upon arrival, we will provide you with replacements or refunds(not shipping). More information about these conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.

Supplies: To choose the overnight delivery option, beetles and larvae must be purchased separately from supplies. Otherwise, the only available shipping option will be USPS Priority. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tracking Numbers are sent via email when your order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive the tracking number and monitor the delivery status of your order. If you don’t see your tracking number when you think you should based on our shipping schedule, please contact us immediately. We provide you with all the necessary information to keep track of your order delivery responsibly. However, we cannot be held accountable for any missed deliveries due to failure to receive the tracking number.

Cancellations: If your order has not been shipped yet, you can choose to cancel your order. Your order will be refunded fully minus the processing fees($1-3). No cancellations are allowed after your order has been shipped. 

We ensure that all the beetles and larvae listed on our website are in good health. Nonetheless, if your order of larvae or beetles were to become sick or perish before shipment, we will cancel your order.

Shipping refunds: If you have multiple orders, we will try our best to combine and ship those orders to save on shipping. Any extra shipping you paid for will be refunded.  

Stolen or misdelivered packages: We do not under any circumstances accept responsibility for a package that was stolen off of your property. Sorry.

Consumer Agreement: Pictures on this website represent the adult version of the species. Unless stated, most of the species sold on this website are sold as larvae. Sexes are random unless specifically mentioned in the product listing.

More information on LAG/DOAs for overnight shipping:

1. You must be present when the package is delivered to your doorstep. Failure to do so will expose your package to the elements and potentially kill the beetles or larvae inside.
2.  Delivery must not be delayed. It must arrive on the scheduled date and time that is written on the tracking. Any delays or accidents caused by the shipping courier are out of our control. 
3. If the above conditions are met and your larvae or beetles still arrive dead, please take a photo of the specimen(s) and contact us within an hour of delivery. If you do not contact us within an hour of delivery with the photos, we cannot provide any replacements or refunds.
