Cyclommatus metallifer is a bronze metallic stag beetle that originates from Indonesia. They are known for their extreme sexual dimorphism and the long mandibles of males that often reaches more than half of their body length. Widely kept by many enthusiasts because they are easy to keep and breed. 

Feeds on beetle jelly and non-citrus fruits such as bananas and apples.

Adult beetles or larvae are shipped with either a heat pack or cold pack depending on the weather conditions in your area; however, if the weather conditions are extreme(too cold or hot), the beetles will not be shipped until the weather conditions are favorable. 

Packages are usually sent out on Mondays-Wednesdays. 

There are two shipping options:  Standard(USPS Priority) and Express (UPS Overnight).  For Live Arrival Guarantee(LAG), you MUST choose the Express shipping option.
