This item will provide you 1x blue Dicnorrhina derbyana larva.

Dicnorrhina derbyana is a flower beetle species that originates from sub-Saharan Africa. They are very popular amongst hobbyists because of their beautiful colors and patterns. They are also very easy to rear and breed, which makes them a popular choice for novices.

This is a blue variant that is rarely offered in the hobby.

Primarily feeds on rotten hardwood or flake soil. Will also feed on shredded rotten hardwood leaves.

Beetle larvae go through 3 different larval phases: L1, L2, and L3. After the L3 stage, the larva pupates to turn into an adult beetle!

Difficulty level: Beginner

THIS SPECIES IS NOT NATIVE TO THE U.S. AND IS NOT TO BE RELEASED OUTDOORS!
